About Camille

As the Chief Executive Officer of Spirit Mountain Casino, I oversee the operations and strategic direction of Oregon’s largest gaming and entertainment destination.

With an MBA from Willamette University and over 28 years of experience in the casino and hospitality industry, I have developed strong competencies in gaming operations, employee relations, customer service, revenue management, and tribal governance.

I re-joined Spirit Mountain Casino in 2019 as the Assistant Chief Executive Officer, supporting the Chief Executive Officer in managing the gaming, operations, enhancing the organizational culture, and fostering positive relationships with the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde.

Before that, I was the Director of Human Resources at the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde. I was responsible for the HR function at the Tribal Government and Spirit Mountain Casino.

I am passionate about serving the tribal community, promoting diversity and inclusion, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. I am also a certified Big 5 practitioner, enabling me to leverage personality assessment’s power to improve team performance and communication.

I am excited to lead Spirit Mountain Casino to new heights of success and sustainability while honoring my heritage and the values of the Grand Ronde people.
